The Plen Fleri Mission: Standing With Vision Church Haiti

The Plen Fleri Mission: Hope That Actually Changes Things

Standing with Vision Church Haiti to build communities that can flourish from the inside out.

Partner with us!

Haiti is home for us.
Not just a place on the news, not just another “hard story” people talk about from a distance.

It’s the kids we know by name.
The moms trying to stretch one small meal.
The pastors who refuse to leave even when the gangs tell them to run.

Plen Fleri exists to help Haiti flourish from the inside out—spiritually, emotionally, financially, and educationally—by standing behind the local leaders and churches who refuse to give up on their communities.

Vision Church Haiti family

In the communities we serve, the average person survives on about $3–$5 a day. That’s not an exaggeration—that’s daily life.

Electricity is unreliable or nonexistent.
Gangs control major roads.
Jobs are scarce.
School feels like a luxury.

But here’s what we’ve seen again and again:

  • When a church is healthy and rooted in the gospel, people find hope.
  • When a child can go to school, the future shifts.
  • When a parent has a small business that works, dignity is restored.
  • When local leaders are trained and supported, an entire community stabilizes.

That’s why Plen Fleri exists:
To come alongside Vision Church Haiti and empower communities to flourish—not temporarily, but for generations.

The Heart of Everything: Vision Church Haiti

Vision Church Haiti is our “in-country” ministry family.
It’s not a side project—it’s the core of how we do everything.

Through these churches we see:

  • New churches planted in hard-to-reach mountain regions
  • Pastors discipled, encouraged, and equipped
  • Communities gathering for support all week long
  • A steady gospel presence in areas marked by fear and instability

Plen Fleri’s mission is to stand behind these leaders and help them do what God has called them to do even better, even stronger, even longer.

We don’t show up to replace
Haitian leaders.
We show up to stand behind them

Adult Sewing School

Adults—especially women—learn skills that help them earn a steady income. It brings dignity, hope, and new opportunities for their families.

Vision School

Kids learn, grow, and dream here. Vision School gives children a safe place to study and a real chance at a better future.

Teacher College Scholarships

We help our primary school teachers go to college so they can grow in their calling and strengthen the whole school.

Small & Medium Businesses Create Real Jobs

Plen Fleri doesn’t believe in quick-hit charity. We believe in dignity, ownership, and long-term stability. That’s why we help launch small and medium-sized businesses that partner directly with Vision Church Haiti.

These businesses create real jobs right inside the communities where our churches serve. Parents can provide for their homes. Families can breathe again. Hope becomes practical and possible.

  • Jobs created inside the community
  • Income families can depend on
  • Businesses tied to local churches
  • Long-term sustainability
  • Dignity restored through meaningful work

When a Haitian mom or dad can say, “We made it this week because of the work of my own hands,” everything changes.

The Impact: Whole-Person Flourishing

Spiritual Strength

People grow in faith. Families find courage. Churches become places of hope and healing.

Emotional Resilience

When communities feel safe and supported, people can breathe, recover, and dream again.

Education & Training

Kids learn. Adults gain skills. Teachers grow stronger. Futures open up.

Economic Stability

Jobs are created. Income becomes steady. Families stand on their own with dignity.

This is what happens when we choose to stand behind Haitian leaders, not step in front of them.
